Yell, like all businesses around the world today, is currently experiencing unprecedented challenges. We are focused on keeping our people safe and healthy whilst serving our customers to the best of our abilities. As the situation unfolds, and government and NHS advice changes, we are continually adapting and putting in place new operational plans for our own teams and working with our partners to preserve our service levels.

However, we are experiencing high levels of demand into our customer service centres and have a reduced number of people at work, so our call wait times may be longer than usual, and for that I apologise. We are leveraging all options available to us to speak with customers as quickly as we can.

I would encourage you where possible to utilise our free Yell for Business app which enables businesses to manage, amend and edit their account details and any advertising packages they have with us, and also to make use of our online chat feature available at

Whilst these are unique and unpredictable times, I can reassure you that I and everyone at Yell are focused on helping all our customers through this period.
