Yell enhances its Leadership team

Yell is delighted to announce three new appointments to its leadership team with immediate effect, reporting to CEO, Claire Miles.

  • Mike Ainslie – Mike joined Yell as its new CFO on 24 February. Mike spent the early years of his career at Ernst & Young and then at Bank One, where his last role was International CFO, before taking up various successful COO and CFO roles in private equity backed businesses
  • Dr Barbara Zesik - joined Yell as its new Chief People Officer on 17 February. Barbara is an experienced HR and transformation leader, who previously worked at Santa Fe Relocation, Cognita Schools and most recently at Stanley Security
  • Debra Goodwin - joined Yell as its new Chief Customer Services Officer on 6 January. Debra is a truly customer centric leader and brings wide and varied sales, service, marketing and commercial leadership experience most recently from Centrica, British Gas and Vodafone
