Customer newsletter prize draw terms & conditions

1. Entries must be received by 5pm GMT on Friday 27 January 2023.
2. All completed entries will be entered into a prize draw to win £100 of Amazon vouchers.
3. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
4. The winner will be notified by email by Friday 3 February 2023.
5. To obtain details of the winner, please email onlinefeedback@yell.com stating ‘December customer newsletter survey’ in the subject line within 4 weeks of the closing date.
6. The Promoter will only use data submitted by entrants for the purposes of running the prize draw, and for analysing the survey responses to help improve its marketing communications.
7. By entering the prize draw, each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

9. These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
