About Yell
Of course, we are famously known for being the Yellow Pages, yes this is our original product but since the era of the Yellow Pages, we have now fully transformed into a Digital business and have a range of newer exciting products on offer to our customers.
A strategic approach taken over the last decade has evolved Yell into a fully digital business which was completed in 2017 when the Yellow Pages ended production, to now solely focus on providing digital marketing services for UK small and medium-sized businesses.

Mark Clisby
Co-Chief Executive Officer
Mark joined Yell in 2005 with a commercially focused remit, leading key transformation initiatives. Mark is an award-winning marketer with expert knowledge of our business and marketplace.
Luke Taylor
Co-Chief Executive Officer
Luke joined Yell in June 2022. With over twenty years of experience building and leading digital marketplaces including Amazon, Expedia, Play.com, and Tesco, Luke is a multi-disciplined leader with a track record delivering results across Product, Technology, Sales, and Marketing.
Fiona Marechal
Chief of Staff
Fiona joined Yell in 1988. Responsible for leading Yell’s strategic plans, cultural change, and engagement, Fiona brings over 25 years of experience in leading change programmes.
David Marshall
Chief Technology Officer
David joined Yell in May 2022. Previous roles include CTO at Bookatable and ufurnish.com and Chief Architect at lastminute.com. David brings 20 years of experience delivering Market Place, Technology, and Product solutions at Siemens, Compuware, and DHL.
Helen Brown
Financial Director
Helen joined Yell in 2021.
Stephen Niro
Market Planning Director
Stephen joined Yell in 2007. Responsible for customer contact planning and evaluating sales/marketing performance, Stephen is an experienced marketer having held various roles over 16 years at Yell bringing experience in the B2B marketplace.
Dave Lynch
Marketing Director
Dave joined Yell in 1998 and is responsible for all aspects of communication across Yell’s B2B and B2C brands.
James Walker
Service and Fulfilment Director
James joined Yell in 2020. Responsible for strategic delivery and transformation of customer service and digital marketing activities, James brings 25+ years’ experience leading operational, commercial, sales, and marketing functions, with previous roles at Lloyds Bank, LV=, and British Gas.
Paul Manwaring
General Counsel & Company Secretary
Paul joined Yell in 2009. Responsible for all legal, regulatory, and risk for Yell, Pual is an experienced commercial lawyer with in-depth knowledge of the regulations applicable in our industry.
