I’ve been with Yell since April 2017, and previously worked here for a 12-month fixed term contract – it’s been fascinating to watch the process evolve over that time.
“I started out on the phones, going through the initial calls and writing sites, but moved from there to the QA role, where I helped to ensure that our sites were of the quality our customers expect.
When we reorganised the website creation process and needed a specialist writing team, I joined that – I’d been writing for fun for years, so doing it for a living appealed! It’s been great to be part of the evolution of the role since then.”

“As Laura was absent, I took on the task of creating the copy for these, showcasing USPs, services, and their connection to the area. The goal is for these to be further personalised over time, improving their performance and increasing the number of enquiries the customer gets.
