Chief Executive Officer
Richard joined Yell in 2011 and has led the business to become a leading provider of marketing services to SMEs in the UK. He has extensive knowledge of the IT & telecoms sectors, and building successful consumer and B2B organisations. Before joining Yell, Richard worked in senior roles at businesses including NEC, Orange & Hewlett Packard.
Director of Customer Operations
Dee joined Yell in 2005 and has had a variety of roles during that time. His latest role as Director of Customer Operations sees him heading up a team responsible for optimising telesales performance and improving customer excellence across our call centres. Before Yell Dee gained extensive B2B telesales experience in the tech and financial services industries.
Customer Excellence & Change Director
Fiona joined Yell in 1988 and is responsible for our customer excellence framework and overseeing Yell’s extensive programme of change. She has over 25 years of management experience in a variety of roles from Technology to Marketing, with extensive expertise in leading the delivery of multi-functional programmes.
Field Sales Director
Jim joined Yell in 2000, with an initial focus on key accounts. As Field Sales Director Jim is responsible for transforming our field sales into the UK’s ‘best in class’ team of digital solutions advisors, trusted by businesses to manage their online presence. Jim’s early career was at ICI developing partnerships with Europe’s largest Motor Manufacturers and Insurers.
Chief Technology Officer
Gaurav is the Chief Technology Officer at Yell leading the Digital Platforms that are designed to provide the best value to Yell's customers. Gaurav is passionate about innovation and believes that new technologies can be used effectively to solve difficult problems. Over the last 17 years, Gaurav has played a variety of technical roles in various industry sectors.
Mark has been with Yell for over 10 years and is currently leading the transformation of the Yell brand to be recognised as one of the largest digital brands in the UK. Passionate about delivering great customer experience, he is also an industry expert in using insight and data to truly engage customers at every interaction.
Nikki is HR Director at Yell looking after our people strategy. Her team looks after hiring and training as well as ensuring we continue to make Yell a great place to work. Nikki has worked in HR for over 15 years and is CIPD qualified at the most senior level. She has an MBA from Henley and is currently studying for a Diploma in Digital Leadership.
Chief Financial Officer
Oliver is responsible for all financial aspects of the company, including developing the financial strategy at Yell. Since 2003, Oliver has held a number of key financial roles at both Yell and its parent company, Hibu Group Ltd, most recently as Group Financial Controller. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA from Warwick Business School.
Paul is responsible for developing the legal strategy for and providing ownership of all legal and regulatory matters in the UK. Prior to joining Yell in 2009 Paul spent time working in Royal Mail's legal team as well as working for law firms. He trained and worked at Beachcrofts in London as a solicitor in the commercial team.
Director of Operations
Stuart joined Yell in 1999 and has gained diverse experience across functions including Technology, Marketing and Change Management. As Director of Operations he is responsible for all aspects of digital marketing production and service support. Stuart is passionate about the end-to-end experience Yell provides its customers.
