RIPL Partner Discount Terms

Social Advertising

  1. The promoter of this discount offer is Yell Limited, 3 Reading Central, Forbury Road, Reading, Berkshire, England, RG1 3YL (“Yell”).
  1. All purchases of Yell Services are subject to the Advertising Terms and Conditions (“Conditions”), which are available at https://business.yell.com/legal/advertising-conditions/.
  1. Capitalised terms in these RIPL Partner Discount Offer Terms (“Terms”) shall have the meaning set out in the Advertising Terms and Conditions.
  1. This discount offer is open to RIPL subscriber base and newsletter recipients (“RIPL”) members who are new advertisers to Yell only (“Qualifying Participants”).
  1. From 5th November 2018 to 31 December 2018 (“End Date”), Qualifying Participants will be eligible for the discount set out in paragraph 6, if they submit an Advertising Order to Yell for Social Advertising on or before the End Date (“Qualifying Order").
  1. Where a Qualifying Participant places a Qualifying Order in compliance with paragraph 5, Yell will discount the Charges for the Social Advertising by 10% (“Discount”) for the duration of the Initial Period and any Renewal Period
  1. Where a Qualifying Participant cancels a Qualifying Order within the Initial Period, the Early Termination Fee at clause 19.4 of the Conditions will apply save that the 80% will be based on the Charges for the Social Advertising excluding the Discount.
  1. Where a Qualifying Participant fails to make payment for any Social Advertising within the Qualifying Order, or otherwise breaches any term of the Conditions, Yell may withdraw the Discount and the Qualifying Participant must pay Yell’s non-discounted Charges for the Social Advertising from the Service Commencement Date to the end of the Initial Period.
  1. To claim the Discount just quote “RIPL” at the point of placing your Qualifying Order.
  1. Additional requirements for the acceptance of the Social Advertising under the Qualifying Order may apply as advised by the Yell sales representative or as set out in the Conditions.
  1. The Discount cannot be used on conjunction with any other offers.
  1. In addition to paragraphs 7 and 8, Yell reserves the right without liability, to change, suspend or withdraw the Discount and/or offer at its sole discretion at any time prior to its acceptance of a Qualifying Order.
  1. Limited to one Discount per Qualifying Participant.
