Yell Website Design Fee Discount - 2022

Promotion Terms

1. The promoter is Yell Limited, 3 Forbury Place, Forbury Road, Reading, RG1 3YL (“Yell”).

2. The Discount is open to all new and existing customers (the “Customer”) from 14 February 2022 to and including 31 March 2022. Yell reserves the right to extend the Discount at its sole discretion at any time on or before 31 March 2022 by publishing the revised closing date on these Terms and Conditions (“Closing Date”).

3. These Promotion Terms along with our Advertising Terms and Conditions (together, the “Conditions”) apply to any Services provided to you under these Promotion Terms. In the event of any conflict between these Promotion Terms and the Conditions, the Conditions shall take precedence.

4. Capitalised terms in these Promotion Terms shall have the meaning set out in the Conditions unless otherwise set out herein.

5. Yell reserves the right to refuse any order if the Customer:
   a) at Yell’s sole discretion, fails any credit check Yell may undertake; or
   b) does not meet the criteria of the Discount set out in paragraph 6.

6. The Discount requires the Customer to download the Yell for Business app and purchase at least one of the following Services: (1) Smart Performance; (2) Yell.com listing; (3) Video; and/or (4) Reputation Manager, together with, a Yell Smart Website – Standard or a Yell Smart Website – Advanced.

7. The Discount will be the following percentages and values:

Website Tier	Website discount % off Design Fee & Savings
Standard	100% (save £399)
Advanced	50% (save £349.50)

8. The Discount is not applicable if the Customer purchases Yell Smart Website - Ultimate

9. Unless expressly agreed in writing to the contrary, the Discount is provided conditional upon you maintaining the products or Services subject of the Discount for not less than their respective Initial Periods. Any breach of the Conditions, including but not limited to failure to pay for such products or Services, will result in the revocation of the Discount. You will then be liable for the full price of the relevant Design Fee(s) that would have applied but for the Discount.

10. In addition to Yell’s other rights under these Promotion Terms, Yell reserves the right to change, suspend or withdraw this Discount at its sole discretion at any time.
11. This Discount can be used in conjunction with other current live offers, subject to eligibility.
12. These Promotion Terms are governed by English law and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction over it.
