We featured pictures of their best work, and made sure the website is search engine optimised (SEO) to help them rank higher on Google for the services customers are looking for online. They told us customers often ask about availability and pricing, so we made sure to feature those prominently.
From their advanced call analytics, they discovered that demand for their services is at its peak on Monday afternoons and Friday mornings, so they can make sure someone is available at those times to speak to customers.
