I’ve been part of the Yell family for around 7 years, joining as an Onboarding agent, before transitioning to Quality Assurance and finally, Copywriting, where I’ve been promoted to Senior.
“I’ve always had a passion for the written word and draw on this in my day-to-day to create engaging website content that speaks to the target audience and answers their questions before they’ve been asked.
I believe great copy starts by stepping into the shoes of the end user, considering the circumstances that led to their query and drawing on these to create valuable copy that resonates. Right now, my focus is on AI, and how we can leverage modern tools to assist and enhance marketing content generation.”
