The challenge

Established in 1925, Berkshire Carpets & Blinds is a local business known for high-quality flooring and personal service. They’ve fitted carpets for major brands like BP, British Gas, and NHS hospitals.

Although their SEO rankings were strong, their website was outdated and enquiries were inconsistent. Their goal was to grow sustainably – especially in the commercial space – but the flooring industry was getting tougher, with large chains squeezing out independents.
