The challenge
Llanharan Concrete, a family-run builders’ merchant and concrete supplier, has been serving customers in Cardiff and across the valleys for 60 years. Run by brothers Gino and John Cocco, they started the business in 1964 with a second-hand cement mixer and a block-making machine. Today, they operate two fully automated workshops, 10 lorries, and employ 30 staff.
Despite their strong reputation, they weren’t getting the online visibility they needed to attract more business. When their General Manager, Sam Griffin, met Carly Cheeseman, their Yell account manager, they discussed how to quickly increase leads and brand awareness.
