I joined Yell in 2021 as a digital marketing consultant, onboarding customers and getting them set up for success across the full range of Yell products.

Having come from a graphic design background, I soon found website design to be the perfect fusion of creativity and digital and moved to my current role where I specialise in designing and building websites. I have developed a particular interest in user experience and conversion rate optimisation and am currently studying to further upskill in this area – after all, a great business website needs to strike the right balance between functionality, looking great, and converting customers.”
